Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan

Kepemimpinan adalah pribadi yang memiliki kecakapan dan kelebihan, khususnya kecakapan dan kelebihan pada suatu bidang sehingga ia mampu mempengaruhi orang lain. Motivasi kerja adalah kondisi yang mengerakkan pegawai agar mampu mencapai tujuan dari motifnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. XXX Medan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. XXX Medan dengan nilai thitung 6,910 > ttabel 2,306 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < nilai signifikan 0,05 dan nilai pada Fhitung 47,752 > Ftabel 5,99. Dan nilai koefesien determinasi adalah 0,857 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. XXX Medan adalah 85,7% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh selain variabel kepemimpinan, misalnya kompensasi, jaminan pekerjaan, status dan tanggung jawab.
