Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan di PT Sinar Alkasa Sejahtera, Medan

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Kualitas Pelayanan di PT Sinar Alkasa Sejahtera, Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer purposive sampling dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan. Sales dapat menyampaikan aspirasi pelanggan dan dapat bekerja sama dengan baik. pelanggan masih mengeluhkan tentang indikator yang masih membuat pelanggan kurang puas dengan pelayananya. Indikaor tersebut adalah kehandalan karyawan dinilai kurang konsisten. Hal ini membuat konsumen kurang puas dengan pelayananya.
